  • 600g ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 Asian pear, grated
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Kimchi, pickled cucumber, sesame seeds, and gochujang to serve

Instructions
