Korean Bulgogi Burger

East meets West — a beef patty marinated in bulgogi sauce (soy, pear, sesame, garlic) and grilled until caramelized, topped with kimchi mayo, pickled daikon, and crispy shallots on a sesame bun. The umami depth is extraordinary.
