  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 50g Parmesan, shaved
  • Croutons
  • For Caesar dressing: 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire, 1 garlic clove minced, 2 tbsp Parmesan, salt and pepper

    Season and grill chicken until cooked through. Slice thinly.

    Make Caesar dressing: whisk all ingredients together.

    Toss romaine with dressing until well coated.

    Warm tortillas in a dry pan.

    Layer dressed romaine, chicken, Parmesan, and croutons on each tortilla.

    Roll tightly, tucking in the sides. Slice diagonally.
