  • 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 50g Parmesan, grated
  • 400ml marinara sauce
  • 200g fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

    Season chicken. Dip in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
