  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pita bread
  • Tzatziki: 200g Greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber grated, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp dill, lemon juice
  • Tomato, red onion, and parsley to serve

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper for 2+ hours.

    Make tzatziki: squeeze moisture from cucumber. Mix with yogurt, garlic, dill, and lemon juice.

    Grill over high heat, turning occasionally, for 12-15 minutes until charred and cooked through.
