  • 700g chicken thighs
  • 200g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala spice blend
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2cm ginger
  • 400g crushed tomatoes
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Fresh cilantro and naan

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices 2+ hours. Grill or broil until charred.

    Sauté onion in butter until golden. Add garlic and ginger.

    Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes. Blend smooth.
