  • 600g chicken thighs, cubed
  • 200g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala spice blend
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1cm ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Mint chutney and sliced onions to serve

Instructions

    Mix yogurt, tikka spice, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and oil. Coat chicken. Marinate 2+ hours.
