  • 2 Cuban bread rolls or hoagie rolls
  • 200g slow-roasted pork (mojo pork), sliced
  • 150g sliced ham
  • 100g Swiss cheese, sliced
  • Dill pickles, sliced
  • Yellow mustard
  • Butter for pressing

Instructions

    Slice rolls lengthwise. Spread mustard on both sides.

    Layer ham, roast pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles.

    Close sandwiches. Butter the outside of each.

    Press in a sandwich press or heavy skillet with a weight on top.

    Cook over medium heat 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.

    Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
