  • 130g peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 80g honey
  • 80g dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional add-ins: shredded coconut, dried cranberries, chia seeds

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.

    Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes — this makes it easier to roll.

    Roll into balls about 3cm in diameter (roughly 1 tbsp each).
