  • 600g ground beef
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 rashers bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Sriracha mayo: 4 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp sriracha
  • Lettuce and tomato
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.

    Form beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.

    Pan-fry patties 3–4 minutes per side. Add cheddar in last minute.

    Fry eggs in the same pan until whites are set but yolks are still runny.

    Toast buns. Spread sriracha mayo.

    Assemble: lettuce, tomato, patty, bacon, fried egg on top.
