  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • Salt
  • For garnish: diced cucumber, tomato, croutons, olive oil
