Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion in a large bowl or on a platter.
Add Kalamata olives.
Place the block of feta on top — do not crumble it. This is traditional.
Drizzle generously with olive oil over everything.
Sprinkle dried oregano over the feta and vegetables.
Season with sea salt (go easy — feta and olives are already salty) and cracked black pepper.
Let sit 5 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve with crusty bread.
