  • 600g cooked lobster meat (from about 2 lobsters)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and white pepper
  • 4 split-top hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

    Chop lobster meat into generous chunks.

    Mix gently with mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Season with salt and white pepper. Refrigerate.

    Butter the outside of the hot dog buns.
