Mushroom Swiss Burger

The earthy, umami-rich burger — a beef patty topped with a mountain of sautéed cremini mushrooms in garlic butter, melted Swiss cheese, and a smear of Dijon aioli. The mushrooms soak up all the burger juices and create an extraordinary topping.
