  • 400g cooked king prawns
  • 1/4 iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • For Marie Rose sauce: 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp Worcestershire, 1 tsp lemon juice, dash of Tabasco
  • Lemon wedges, paprika, and brown bread to serve

Instructions

    Make Marie Rose sauce: mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
