  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 150ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: handful of spinach (you won't taste it), protein powder

Instructions
